11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 888y's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 888y processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 888y collects, stores and processes personal data including identity documents, payment information, transaction history, game activity and communication records for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement.
12.3 888y may share personal data with third parties including payment processors, game providers, identity verification services and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. 888y will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
13.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 888y account at any time by contacting 888y support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
